Fees
We offer flexible payment options for psychological assessments and therapy services. Clients can choose to pay via cash, EFT, or medical aid. Below are the payment details:
1️⃣ Cash and EFT Payments
Clients who choose to pay via cash or EFT receive a reduced rate for services.
💰 Reduced Rate: R1200 per session/assessment.
📌 Payment Method: Cash or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
📌 Payment Deadline: Payment is required before or on the day of the appointment.
Banking details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
2️⃣ Medical Aid Clients
Should the client wish to use their medical aid for payment, the following applies:
✔ Fees are charged according to your medical aid scheme’s prescribed rates.
✔ Claims can either be submitted directly to the medical aid or paid upfront by the client, who can then claim reimbursement.
✔ Clients are responsible for verifying whether their medical aid covers psychological services before the session.
✔ If a medical aid claim is declined or only partially paid, the client remains responsible for any outstanding balance.
We accept medical aid from all major providers. For assistance with claims, kindly provide your medical aid details during booking.
Face-to-Face Therapy
Face-to-face therapy, also known as in-person therapy, is a traditional form of psychological counseling where clients meet with a psychologist in a private and confidential setting.
